Helps kids and youth with disabilities and developmental needs, and their families, get connected to assessments, services and supports in their homes, communities and schools each year Together with our services providers - provide intake, service navigation, rehabilitation services, specialized clinics and coordinated service planning, as well as assessment and diagnostic services * also provides some autism services 10 local sites where families can access services, borrow equipment and attend events York Region - Georgina, Markham, Newmarket, Richmond Hill and Vaughan Simcoe County - Alliston, Barrie, Collingwood, Midland and Orillia |
