Description of Services: Treats patients with chronic pain such as: low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, post-motor vehicle accident pain, headaches and migraines, arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, degenerative disk disease, diabetic neuropathic pain, post-shingles pain, work-related injuries and fibromyalgia

Services include:
  • initial consultation
  • evaluation of past and current medical history
  • development of pain management plan including medication and nerve block management
  • development of pharmacological protocol
  • evaluation of opiate use and reduction
  • patient education
Requirements
Fees: Patients referred to the clinic by physicians will have the costs covered by OHIP
