Description of Services: Assessment of patients' hip and/or knee osteoarthritis to determine if they are a candidate for surgical consultation * referrals for surgical candidates are forwarded on to the surgeon of the patients' choice or first available surgeon * patients who are not surgical candidates are provided with non-surgical management strategies to help manage their symptoms
