Description of Services: Non-emergency transportation to local and long-distance medical appointments and regular activities such as grocery shopping and banking

Driver assistance includes support in and out of vehicle, with groceries and some mobility equipment * escorts are recommended, where appropriate, at no extra cost

Wheelchair Accessible Transportation - For those living in Bradford, West Gwillimbury and New Tecumseth areas * Wheelchair accessible transportation not available in York Region
Requirements
Fees: Minimum fee $16, then based on zone, and distance
Person served is responsible for any parking fees incurred
Subsidy may be available
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Older adults, and persons over the age of 18 with a physical or cognitive condition who find it physically/financially difficult to use taxis, or are ineligible for municipal accessible transit
